Furcaster palaeozoicus (STUERTZ1886) - Fossil starfish from the Early Devonian of the famous fossil find location Bundenbach in Germany. Through the fossilization process, fossils from the slate layers of Bundenbach had often been completely replaced with Pyrite, which is the reason of their excellent preservation.
